Is this bag splendid? It is called the Bettina Go-About bag on Delight. It was in their Friday email and I just can't stop thinking about it. According to the Web site, it holds everything. As in, I've decided the birthday money might stop here, but after the shoe issue and headband vote, I'm bringing the purchase to the blog. Especially because husband doesn't like it. It is $162. If husband had cast his approval, it may already be in the shopping cart.
Can't decide if pink, white or yellow would be a practical choice. White or Yellow seems fun, but pink is my signature color.
I think it would be perfect for Hawaii as a carry on and then a beach bag and it even holds a laptop, should the grad school dreams continue.

I currently sport the Venetian bag from Roots everywhere. Its a dark brown, and it can really hold a lot of crap. However, when I'm wearing it with black slacks, I often think a non-neutral that went with everything would be nice.

I like it! One small word of advice - I recently purchased a white laptop bag/purse to haul around my computer and on this latest trip my dark denim rubbed off on the white leather to MAKE IT BLUE in spots. I'm bringing it into a leather place to see what they can do but it's something I never thought of when I was searching for a laptop bag that didn't fit the utility black bag look.
I think you should buy it - generally when you can't get something out of your head, the purchase is worth it!
don't spoil a $162 bag by taking it to the beach in hawaii!!!!
