Loving my new Truebirds headbands. But wondering if I should really be pulling off the cross-the-head bohemian look. And, what do you wear it with? Do a need a more bohemian, less office look.
A closed eye look - but a side look. And yes, my makeup is in the kitchen. It works for me to do it there while watching the Today Show. I love the Today Show. The unmade bed, well, its life. A life I was really hoping the mirrors all over our apartment wouldn't catch, but what can you do. Seriously, there are a lot of mirrors between both closets and our entry way. I've heard people say mirrors are kinky. I cannot confirm.
I think the celebs look cute when they do it. All cute and chic. I think I need a long necklace with the pendant.
Anyway, I'm embedding a poll in this post. It worked well with the shoes, that are now safely back in the loving arms of Nordstrom. Which, randomly enough, is where these bands will be sold, come this fall.

I am laughing at your Today Show/makeup comment. I think I drive my husband crazy because the Today Show MUST be on while I'm getting ready.

I like it on some, but I don't really like it with the jacket you're sporting. You need more boho look with the clothes too.
I also think the strap is a bit thick on that.
But I don't think it's you. Dif clothes, thinner band.

I like the band, but I agree with you - different more boho clothes. And long dangly necklaces.
Funny story... the very first time I saw this look was in the 9th grade geometry class I was teaching. I almost went and told the girl she had put her head band on wrong and forgot to fix it. I was sure glad I didn't say andything when I saw it on more and more students over the next few weeks. To be completely honest, I'm not a big fan of the look (like I said, just looks like someone put it on wrong) but I've found I'm just an old married woman who is losing all sense of fashion anyways! I love reading your blog Nat! You always keep me laughing! I miss you girl!
